HOW FAR IN ADVANCE do i need to PLACE My order?

The sooner the better. Every order is custom and made to order. We request 24-48 hours notice.

We cannot guarantee same day orders, but you can always inquire to see if we can make it happen. $25 rush fee will be applied to same day orders.

How DO I PAY?

Full payment is due upon ordering. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards. Please note credit card orders incur a 3% processing fee.

UH OH…DOn’t hate me…but i need to cancel my order. now what?

We will honor a full refund for boards and boxes 5 days prior to pick up/delivery. For any cancellations 3-4 days prior, we will offer a 50% refund. For cancellations within 2 days of pickup/delivery, payment is forfeited since the ingredients and items have already been planned and shopped for, in order to fulfill your order.

CAN I CHOOSE WHAT’S INCLUDED ON MY BOARD?

Because every board and box is made to order we choose what’s included based on availability and what’s in season. Of course, if you have preferences for cheeses or meats, please let us know!

we have food allergies or preferences. can i modify my order?

Of course! When ordering, make sure you notify us of any dietary modifications, food allergies or restrictions - vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free,

nut-free, pork-free, etc.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery in Ladera Ranch is a $3 flat fee. Delivery in Rancho Mission Viejo and RSM is $5 flat fee. Delivery is available within other areas of South Orange County with a minimum order of $150 and $10 fee.

when is the best time to serve my board or box?

Boards and boxes are best when consumed the same day. If you don’t plan to serve immediately, it is highly recommended to refrigerate your board or box as soon as possible. You should keep it refrigerated and remove approx. 30-45 minutes before serving so that cheese is brought to room temperature for best flavor. If refrigerating overnight, we recommend removing all crackers ahead of time.

i would like a wooden board instead of a disposable bamboo board. Is that an option?

Yeppers! We offer wooden boards for sale or rent. Inquire within.
